Accepted Payment Method

ACC GOSHAWK TRADE LLC currently accepts payments through PayPal only.

PayPal is a secure and trusted online payment method that allows you to pay using your PayPal account balance or any major credit or debit card linked to your PayPal account. No sensitive financial information is shared with us when you complete your transaction through PayPal.

All transactions are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD). We do not charge any additional payment processing fees beyond what is displayed at checkout.

Secure Checkout

Our checkout process is encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to ensure your personal and payment information remains private and secure. Once your payment has been successfully processed by PayPal, you will receive an order confirmation email automatically.

Please verify your billing address and contact details before submitting your order to prevent payment delays or order verification issues.

Payment Authorization & Order Processing

Your order will be processed once PayPal confirms the payment authorization. In rare cases, PayPal may temporarily hold or delay a payment for security or verification reasons. We cannot ship an order until payment is successfully received and verified.

All successful payments will appear as “ACC GOSHAWK TRADE LLC” on your PayPal transaction statement. If you notice any discrepancies or unauthorized activity, please contact PayPal directly for assistance.

Refunds and Payment Reversals

Refunds for eligible returns or cancellations will be issued to the same PayPal account used for the original purchase. Once your refund has been processed, PayPal will send a notification confirming the reversal of funds.

Please allow up to 2–5 business days for the refund to appear in your PayPal balance or linked bank account, depending on PayPal’s processing time.

Fraud Prevention

To protect our customers and our business, all PayPal payments are automatically screened for fraud and verification checks. Orders that trigger potential security concerns may require additional confirmation before shipping.

If your payment cannot be verified or is flagged by PayPal’s risk system, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund to the original payment method.
