Shipping Coverage
We currently offer domestic shipping only within the United States. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM (Mountain Time) will be processed the following business day.
- Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or federal holidays.
Estimated Delivery Time
Once shipped, your order is expected to arrive within 3–4 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary slightly depending on the destination, carrier, and weather conditions.

Shipping Costs
We proudly offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase is required.

You can use this number to monitor your shipment’s progress directly on the carrier’s website (USPS or UPS). Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available after dispatch.
Delivery Delays
While most orders arrive within the expected timeframe, unexpected factors such as severe weather, carrier delays, or peak season demand may affect delivery times. If your order is delayed beyond the estimated window:

- We will promptly contact the carrier and provide updates on your shipment’s status.
- If the delay exceeds a reasonable period, we may offer a partial refund, store credit, or replacement at our discretion.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect address details. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order appears lost or arrives damaged, please notify us immediately with your order number and supporting photos (if applicable). We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and provide a replacement or refund if necessary.
