Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- Products showing signs of wear, use, or missing parts not due to our error are not eligible for return.
Return Process
- Contact Us: Please email our customer support team at service@accgoshaw.com within 30 days of receiving your item to initiate a return. Include your order number, product name, and reason for return.
- Return Authorization: Once your request is approved, we will provide detailed return instructions and the correct return mailing address. Please do not return products to our business address listed below, as it is not a warehouse or return facility.
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 2 business days and automatically applied to your original payment method.
- No restocking fees apply to any return.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return once opened or used. These include consumables, damaged tools due to misuse, or items that have been modified.
Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order separately.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at service@accgoshaw.com with photos or videos showing the issue. We will provide a replacement or full refund as applicable.
